A new legislation was introduced on June 12, 2008 called Dietitian/Nutritionist Licensing Act...well not new -a version of this was vetoed by Governor Whitman.

It now rears its ugly head again. Now maybe I wouldn't be so opposed to an Bill that provided legitimacy if it wasn't so ADA centric. Bills like this have been passed in other states before and the fallout of it was felt for many years later. Do we really want the same fate to happen in NJ?
